By submitting comments or content, you grant Tertiary Prepper™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, edit, or remove your content in any format, now or in the future.

You waive any claims against us for the use, modification, or removal of your content.

3. Moderation Rights

Tertiary Prepper™ reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to:

Remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content, for any reason or no reason.

Block or ban any user, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

No explanation or justification is required for moderation decisions.

4. No Endorsement or Liability

User-submitted content does not represent the views of Tertiary Prepper™ or Sgt. Silverman.

We expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from user content, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, damages, or claims.

5. Indemnification

By posting or participating, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tertiary Prepper™, Sgt. Silverman, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your submissions.

6. No Expectation of Privacy

Comments and submissions are considered public. Do not post personal, sensitive, or confidential information.

7. Binding Agreement

By using the Site and posting comments or submissions, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
